Our Process
Pre-Production
Our time together begins right now, and it starts with questions—tell me who you are, the jokes you laugh at, your favorite drink, your color palette, how you met and what love is really like. We'll study the spaces and the rhythms of the day—whether a sunlit loft in Manhattan, a terrace in the Hudson Valley, or a rustic barn in the Catskills. Let's consider the architecture, the textures, the time of year, the light, the best places for photos, the details that will shape memory—so your story is told truthfully with confidence and elegance.
SHOOTING
On the day of your event, my team and I will arrive with our gear and back-up equipment. We will move like an observer who knows when to step in and when to disappear. We will capture the unscripted moments—the fabric of a tie, a whispered laugh, a flower girl standing on a windowsill, a tear barely caught—the moments that become timeless. The majority of our work will be composed instinctively, like a fly on the wall, blending editorial passion with documentary honesty. We'll capture the day as it truly lives and breathes. We will also work from the shot-list you and I created, capturing family and friends in group photos.
EDITING
Once the day is captured, the images are carefully reviewed, selected, and curated. Colors, light, and textures are sculpted to preserve authenticity while enhancing beauty. Shadows and highlights are balanced, details preserved, and every frame is given the editorial, cinematic quality that transforms. The goal is elegance, intimacy, and a timeless aesthetic that never feels forced. This process takes about 14-21 business days to complete. When your proofs are ready for viewing, you will receive a link to your online password protected gallery.
Printing
Your story is presented with care and intention. Final products include luxury leather albums from Tuscanny, fine art archival prints, and wall art designed to be experienced, displayed, and enjoyed. Each piece reflects the permanence of the day itself, allowing you to relive the light, laughter, and quiet moments that made it uniquely yours.
